Refunds will be considered only if requested before the development work has begun or within the initial planning phase.
If a project is canceled mid-way by the client, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work already completed and hours invested.
No refunds will be provided after the final product has been delivered and approved by the client.
Client Responsibilities
Refunds will not be issued due to: Client delays, lack of communication, or failure to provide required materials or feedback.
Changes in project scope that were not initially agreed upon.
